Getting To The Clinic And Back
The Day Of The Surgery
With the date of your surgery
locked, it is time for you to work on how you will get there, since you will
not be able to drive yourself. For this, you can use public transport, or ask a
friend or family member to take you if they have the time. However, that former
option should not be considered when it comes to getting back home. Or at least
not by yourself. Either let someone come to pick you up with their car, or find
someone you trust, who will accompany you on public transport which is located
above ground.If a friend or family member needs a little convincing, let them

Driving Again Post Surgery
Following the Laser Eye Surgery
in Chicago, you will legally be banned from driving until an ophthalmic surgeon
has cleared you. This will happen at a checkup appointment the day following
your surgery. So again, you will require a friend or family member to accompany

your appointment, the surgeon is going to check the progress of your healing.
